Make Use of Our Credit Facility
A 30-day credit facility from the month of trading will be extended to your organization. We shall also bill you in the same currency for both exports and imports. Currency exchange rates are calculated on the rates provided by the Central Bank, applicable at the time, giving you greater control of your costs and your business.
Where duties and taxes to be paid are significant values then we require the client to pay a certain percentage of the amount upfront.
- We shall pick up your consignments from your offices either at a pre arranged time or on call regardless of where you call us from within the city. Delivery charges to any part within the city are the same. Here the determinant factor is the weight of the consignment.
- We provide proof of delivery for every consignment we send on our client's behalf. The information on the proof of delivery consists of the delivery date, a reference number, name and signature of the recipient and the description of the consignment.
- We note the damages or losses to the goods and assist the consignor in pursuing the claims if any, against the carrier for loss of the goods.
